Order Processing and Shipping

How long before my order is processed and shipped out?

  • All orders will be dispatched from the designated warehouse within 3 business days. During sale periods, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch.
  • Natural disasters and severe storms may cause delays in our shipping carrier’s ability to operate or pick up from our warehouse.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

  • Most orders will be received within 7-15 working days after processing and shipping out, including to the USA, Europe, and Canada.
  • On rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take 15-30 days or even longer for countries with slower shipping processes, such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. We are not responsible for delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance processes.
  • Natural disasters and severe storms may cause delays.

What is the status of my order?

  • You will receive an email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. If there is an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to update. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time if there are issues.

Issues with Orders

What if I’m missing items or received the wrong merchandise?

  • Any merchandise that is incorrect or missing due to our fault must be reported within 15 days from the time you receive the order. We will investigate and respond within 2-4 business days from the day the issue is reported. If reported after 15 days, we will assume you have received the entire order as indicated on the invoice and will not be liable for any missing products or incorrect items shipped.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

  • No, please do not leave PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses as your shipping address.

Delayed Packages

What should I do if my package is delayed? Packages may be delayed under the following circumstances:

  1. The product you ordered needs to be customized, which takes longer. The customization time is usually described in the box description.
  2. The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, or the order needs additional verification.
  3. Service failure due to our shipping carriers, weather, power outages, or other extreme events that prevent us from operating.

Steps to follow:

  1. Please note the product processing and shipping time before placing an order and ensure your shipping information is correct and complete. Confirm your order ASAP and inform us if you need the product urgently.
  2. Track your package once it has shipped. If there are any issues during transit, please contact us or the local express company to resolve them. We will also track your package and assist you.
  3. If the product arrives late and you no longer need it, please keep the product in its original condition and take photos to send to us. You can return it within 15 business days from the date you receive it.

Address Issues

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

  • If a customer enters an incorrect address, our shipping carriers may charge an extra fee to locate the correct address so the package can be delivered. This charge will be passed on to the customer. We will always attempt to contact the customer before shipping the package if the address looks questionable.
  • We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address and the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered.
  • We encourage customers to always double-check their shipping address and be aware of any tracking information we send via email.

Refused Packages

What if I refuse my package?

  • If you plan to refuse our package, please contact us before the package arrives. This instance will be treated as a “product return,” and your money will be refunded for the purchase price of the order.
  • If a package arrives at your door and is refused without prior contact, no refunds will be issued.

International Taxes and Duties

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. animecalendars does not collect duties or taxes and is not responsible for these charges if your country will be charging duties and taxes to receive your order, except for the United Kingdom.
