Return Policy
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order in this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please contact our customer service at animecalendars365@gmail.com to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Important Notes
- Custom or Personalized Items: These items are not eligible for the 14-day return policy.
- Consumer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping fee. The exact fee will depend on the courier service you select.
- Returns Due to Our Error: If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, you will not be responsible for the shipping fee.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund is posted.
